1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Calm Resolve Atelier, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases and Access

Course fees are listed in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access to self-paced courses is granted for the lifetime of the edition purchased. Live and mentor-guided offerings are time-bound.

4. Refunds

Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if under 20% completion. Mentor-guided and live cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before start; partial thereafter. To request a refund, contact support.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials are owned by Calm Resolve Atelier or our instructors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display materials without permission.

6. User Conduct

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Be respectful in community spaces. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Services

We may modify course content, pricing, or availability. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
